Who we are
Bagged is a trading name of Mikail Azer, a sole trader, of 121 Eagle Street, Coventry, CV1 4GP. Email: [email protected].
What you get
A website with online ordering built from the menu and details you give us, as described on our pricing page. Orders appear on your dashboard and are emailed to you. Customers pay you directly, by card through your own Stripe account or on collection or delivery. We do not hold or process their payments.
Price and payment
The price shown is a one-off payment for the first build. We will not charge you before you have seen your preview. Domain registration, if wanted, is paid by you to the registrar.
Changes
Reasonable menu and price changes are free to request for 30 days after your site goes live.
Your content
You confirm that you have the right to use the menu, names and images you send. You are responsible for the accuracy of prices, allergen information and opening hours on your site.
App deposit
The app plan is reserved with a 10% deposit (£349.90). The remaining 90% is due when your app is finished. There is no fixed delivery date. If we have not started building your app within 90 days of your deposit payment, you are entitled to a full refund of the deposit: email us and ask. Your website with ordering is included in the app plan.
Cancelling and refunds
Website plan: if you are not happy with your preview you owe us nothing, as we do not charge before you have seen it. After you have paid and your site is live, the price is not refundable, except where we have failed to deliver what we described, in which case we will fix it or refund you. Card payments your customers make go to your own Stripe account, so any refund to your customers is made by you in Stripe.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for anything connected with our service is limited to the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for losses caused by things outside our control, such as problems at Stripe, your internet or phone provider, or our hosting providers, or for lost sales or profits.
