Reserve your place with a 10% deposit (£349.90). The rest is paid when your app is finished. There is no fixed date: we keep you updated by email. Full refund if we have not started building within 90 days of your deposit.

Do I really pay nothing per order?
Right. You pay the one-off price. We do not take a percentage of your orders. Card payments go through Stripe into your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its normal card fee (we do not add anything). Customers can also pay on collection or delivery if you prefer.
How do I get the orders?
Each order appears on your own dashboard with a sound, and we email it to you too, with the items, name, phone number and address. Press Accept, Ready and Done, and the customer is emailed at each step. Nothing to install.
Do you have a referral reward?
Yes. If you are a Bagged customer and another takeaway owner signs up because of you, we send you a £50 thank-you once their site is live and they have paid. Tell them to put your shop name on the sign-up form. One reward per new customer, and not for your own shops.
Can I see it before I pay?
Yes. Send us your menu and we will build a preview of your site first, free.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days from when we have your menu and details.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. We can connect a domain you own, or help you register one. You pay the registrar directly for the domain.
What if I want something changed?
Email us. Menu and price changes are free for the first 30 days.
