What we collect

The details you give us on the form (shop name, your name or email, phone, address, menu, notes, and any menu photo), and payment confirmation from our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store card numbers.

Why

To build your website, contact you about it, take payment and give you support. Our lawful basis is performing our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries.

Who sees it

Our hosting provider, Stripe, and an AI service that reads your menu so we can build your site faster. Staff may review it.

How long

We keep records of payments and invoices for 6 years because the law requires it for accounting. Other details, such as your menu and notes, are kept while you are a customer and deleted on request. Orders placed by your own customers on your website are kept for 12 months so you can see your history, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email [email protected]. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Who is responsible

Bagged, 121 Eagle Street, Coventry, CV1 4GP (the trader's full details are in our Terms). We are the data controller for the details you give us. For the orders your customers place on your website, you are the controller and we process them for you.
